The last time I did an accent wall was 1990's or about. I swore off them ,never again I promised. Never say never! I was in a customers bedroom and from no where out came " Let's paint this wall a few shades darker" Who said that, where did that come from..... but deep down I was liking the idea. So It got me thinking, what's wrong with accent walls, how about all the great large print wallpapers out now? What about a strong statement color on a wall? Horizontal stripes on one wall, I'm loving it. Who knows maybe next I'll be painting above and below a chair rail two different colors.
