We Went Crabbing

We live in such a beautiful place, I never stop being amazed and thankful.

There are many historic houses along the river. Linda and Art live across the river in Marshallville,an old glass making village
The railroad bridge, a local hangout for teens in the summer wanting to cool off in the river. Just used about once a week for coal trains. If you look close this guy has a fish on. They catch catfish, strippers and sunny's in the river.

He is all mine !!!!!! Not exactly an ad for LL Bean
Linda and Arts catch.

Waiting for left over bait.
Home we go.
Love this house.
Many cottages, probably summer places at one time.

Sunday was such a glorious day, perfect for crabbing on the Tuckahoe river. So off we went with neighbors Lin and Art. I must say B.C. is very attractive in his crabbing attire. ( thank God there are no photos of me) but he knows what he is doing. In record time we had about 3 dozen. He has a secret spot on the river and now Linda and Art know about it ( hmm how can I silence them) So with a few cold beers, macaroni salad, and the days catch we polished off a really good meal.
