The Today Show this week featured Betsy Burnham and her e-based design service, Instant Space. What an fabulous idea, that offers clients custom design services completely on line. How you ask ? Well first they ask you design-oriented questions and request digital photos of the rooms you want designed. They also walk you through measuring your space and any further information needed. Four to six weeks later you receive a linen-wrapped presentation box containing Burnham's master plan for the room. You receive a design concept board, detailed floor plan, fabric samples, paint, flooring, tile or whatever is required. ( I do this any way for all customers.)
